Plus, annual flowers are one of the best types of plants for home gardeners to start themselves from seeds! Join us to learn how you can save money and grow beautiful, abundant flowers from seed. We’ll focus on identifying varieties you can easily grow (including without grow lights, or for that matter, without any indoor seed-starting space), the critical timing that makes all the difference to successful seed-starting, how to harden-off and transplant seedlings and even how to plan for future seed saving. 

We never send you home empty handed: all participants will take home three packs of organic flower seeds to get the sowing season started!

What is included: 

• Instruction on how to choose flowers to grow from seed, with careful consideration of the spaces available to different gardeners for seed starting, as well as the various considerations for how and when to start seeds for spring

• Three packs of organic seeds to take home, ensuring a confident start to your 2025 flower garden

• All materials required for sowing the seeds (appropriate soil, trays, labels, etc)
