Sage Garden is currently accepting applications for a part time customer service position, for fall 2023.
This position requires a commitment of 2 - 4 days per week (16 - 24 hour/week)
All positions at Sage Garden require weekend availability
Applicants must be energetic, focused and able to work full days (up to 8 hours) on their feet
This is a seasonal position, with potential for extension into winter and spring
Customer service jobs require the ability to work on your feet in the greenhouse for full shifts, offer professional assistance to customers's needs, comfort with POS systems, and ability to lend a hand with greenhouse production work and shopkeeping as required. Customer service staff are also involved in the management and picking of on-line orders.
To reduce staff absence due to illness, and out of considerations for those on our team and customer base with health vulnerabilities, all staff are required to wear masks while on site at Sage Garden. This policy is ongoing for 2023.
Applicants must have reliable, all-weather transportation to our location (south of the perimeter on St. Mary's Road; no bus service).
Sage Garden is a non-smoking environment.
Sage Garden does not permit the personal use of cell phones while on shift.
