• We are hiring full time customer service staff, with start dates in April (positions run through to late June)

• We are hiring full time greenhouse production staff, with start dates in April (positions run through to mid to late June)

Customer service jobs require the ability to work on your feet in the greenhouse for full eight hour shifts, offer professional assistance to customers's needs, comfort with POS systems, and ability to lend a hand with greenhouse production work and shopkeeping as required. Customer service staff are also involved in the management and picking of on-line orders. 

Greenhouse production jobs are very physical and require the ability to work in a variety of temperature conditions for full eight hour shifts. Tasks related to spring production require employees who have attention to detail, flexibility as tasks can change based on weather and other conditions, and the ability to work both independently and in small teams. 

Please note: we generally hire full-time seasonal and give preference to candidates available for full time seasonal work

Out of considerations for several staff with health vulnerabilities, our team wears masks while working indoors and in proximity to co-workers. Masks are also required when working with soils, due to health and safety related to dust exposure. PPE is supplied. This policy is ongoing for 2026.
