KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Aurora is considered to be a top-choice variety, with large, sweet berries! In general, haskaps are remarkably well suited to life in a zone 3 home garden, with no special requirements for soil (unlike blueberries, which need acid soils). The flowers are also incredibly cold tolerant, so even surprise frosts don't get in the way of successful production.

Haskaps are also known as honeyberries, and the fruit look like long blueberries with a raspberry-blueberry flavour.

 PRE-ORDER DETAILS:

This item will be available for local pick-up in late May 2026 (close to planting out time). This is potted spring nursery stock established in a 1-gallon pot. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for 1 year from date of pick-up, provided they are planted after June 1, and watered/cared for as required (see refund policy for full details).

No changes or cancellations to orchard plant pre-orders after March 15, 2026, and orders must be picked-up within 14 days of "pick-up" notification being sent in late May.
