The University of SK Romance series cherries are an incredible innovation for cold-climate gardeners, bearing "sweet" sour cherries! Carmine Jewel grows into a small tree, ideal for urban landscapes. The fruit ripen in mid-summer, and are dark red and excellent for both fresh eating and processing.

Tree form hardy cherries have been pruned to have a single trunk and bushy tops, but are otherwise the same plant as the non-tree form. 

 PRE-ORDER DETAILS

This item will be available for local pick-up in late May 2024 (close to planting out time). This plant is spring nursery stock offered in a 5-gallon pot. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for 1 year from date of pick-up, provided they are planted after June 1, and watered/cared for as required (see refund policy for full details). No changes or cancellations to orchard plant pre-orders after March 1, 2024, and orders must be picked-up within 14 days of "pick-up" notification being sent in late May. Sage Garden reserves the right to make an appropriate substitution in the event of crop shortages.
