Apples require another apple or crabapple with in approximately 500 feet. In urban settings, there are typically trees close enough that you do not need a second tree in your own yard.

 KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Dwarf Goodland apples mature to approximately half the size of standard apple trees, making them easy to situate in an urban yard and also easier to maintain compared to full-sized trees. Even better, dwarf apples produce branch-for-branch more apples than their larger cousins! Goodland matures in mid-September, bearing crisp, tasty fruit for fresh eating as well as apple sauce. Moderate storage qualities. Some resistance to fire blight.  

 PRE-ORDER DETAILS

This item will be available for local pick-up in late May 2025 (close to planting out time). This tree is spring nursery stock and will be between 5 - 6' tall at time of pick-up. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for 1 year from date of pick-up, provided they are planted after June 1, and watered/cared for as required (see refund policy for full details).

No changes or cancellations to orchard plant pre-orders after March 1, 2025, and orders must be picked-up within 14 days of "pick-up" notification being sent in late May. Sage Garden reserves the right to make an appropriate substitution in the event of crop shortages.
