The University of SK Romance series cherries are an incredible innovation for cold-climate gardeners, bearing "sweet" sour cherries! Crimson Passion grows into a small tree, ideal for urban landscapes. The fruit ripen in late-summer, and are dark red and excellent for both fresh eating and processing.  Crimson Passion is considered one of the sweetest cherries for our area. 

Tree form hardy cherries have been pruned to have a single trunk and bushy tops, but are otherwise the same plant as the non-tree form. 

 PRE-ORDER DETAILS

This item will be available for local pick-up in late May 2024 (close to planting out time). This plant is spring nursery stock offered in a 7-gallon pot. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for 1 year from date of pick-up, provided they are planted after June 1, and watered/cared for as required (see refund policy for full details). No changes or cancellations to orchard plant pre-orders after March 1, 2024, and orders must be picked-up within 14 days of "pick-up" notification being sent in late May. Sage Garden reserves the right to make an appropriate substitution in the event of crop shortages.
