Apples require another apple or crabapple with in approximately 500 feet. In urban settings, there are typically trees close enough that you do not need a second tree in your own yard.

 KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Goodland apples were selected in Manitoba in the 1920s and introduced to the market in the 1950s. The fruit mature in late August through mid-September, and are beloved for their crisp, juicy and aromatic qualities. The fruit are excellent for fresh eating, as well as apple sauce. Moderate storage qualities. Some resistance to fire blight.  

 PRE-ORDER DETAILS

This item will be available for local pick-up in late May 2026 (close to planting out time). This tree is potted spring nursery stock and will be between 5 - 6' tall at time of pick-up. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for 1 year from date of pick-up, provided they are planted after June 1, and watered/cared for as required (see refund policy for full details).

No changes or cancellations to orchard plant pre-orders after March 15, 2026, and orders must be picked-up within 14 days of "pick-up" notification being sent in late May.
