Gloria is a prairie introduction that is famously compact, hardy... and of course super tasty! The fruit mature in mid-September and have a sweet flavour often described as having strawberry notes mixed with the apple. The texture is crisp, and fruit can be stored for several months.  

The tree has excellent resistance to apple scab, powdery mildew and good resistance to fire blight. 

 PRE-ORDER DETAILS

This item will be available for local pick-up in late May 2026 (close to planting out time). This tree is potted spring nursery stock and will be between 5 - 6' tall at time of pick-up. Trees and shrubs are warrantied for 1 year from date of pick-up, provided they are planted after June 1, and watered/cared for as required (see refund policy for full details).

No changes or cancellations to orchard plant pre-orders after March 15, 2026, and orders must be picked-up within 14 days of "pick-up" notification being sent in late May.
