Description: Darling humming bird favourite, with soft pink blooms July into fall. This cultivar is noted for being compact, branchy and particularly long blooming. Perfect companion in the veggie and herb garden, and works in both pots and garden beds. Many types of beneficial insects are attracted to this plant, including ladybugs. Low maintenance and deer-resistant.

Sowing: Start seeds indoors, approximately 6 - 8 weeks before local safe planting out date. Sow 2 - 3 seeds per starter pot or plug cell. Salvia Painted Sage can also be direct seeded in early June, although blooming will start several weeks later compared to plants started indoors.
