Seeds - Carrot, Atomic Red OG (SGH)
This item may be out of season or currently out of stock. Please check back.
Description: Did you know carrots were not always orange? Atomic Red is the original - and gorgeous - the red colour that was common before Dutch growers bred modern orange-style carrots. Sow every week or two from May through July for a continuous harvest into fall. The flavour of carrots improves after a light frost. Atomic Red is a Danvers-type carrot with nicely tapered roots. The red colour deepens when cooked!
