Description: Ornamental and edible. Another name for this pepper is "hawk claw" for the talon-shaped red peppers that reach up above the foliage. A revered Japanese variety measuring 30,000 on the Scoville scale. Produces hundreds of fruits per plant!
You can grow this compact pepper in pots or in the garden. This is one of the best peppers we have ever grown for over wintering indoors!
