A sweet Valentine’s afternoon date…

Ever since introducing our soil bar at the greenhouse, we’ve wanted to host a party… and you are officially invited. 

While at first glance soil and drinks may seem rather distance, it is of course by getting to know soil that you can grow your very own delicious herbs to make amazing mocktails (or cocktails) this summer. So, we’ve invited two professional bartenders to back us up as we gush about soil, and they create fun, botanical-based drinks for you to enjoy during the class! 

During this workshop you’ll learn the fundamentals of indoor and outdoor soil, the soil qualities that help various kinds of potted and in-ground plants flourish, and the many natural and organic ingredients that you can use to elevate your soils, and therefore your gardening game.

Included during the class are up to three professionally crafted mocktails (recipes will be shared, so you can plan to grow the ingredients and re-create them your self this summer). 

Workshop Details

• This workshop starts at 1:00 pm and runs to about 2:45 pm
• The maximum class size is 12 participants
• Perfect for couples this Valentine’s Day 
• All drinks (up to three per participant), cocktail bar service and gratuity for the bartenders are included with registration
• Pre-registration with payment in full is required to reserve workshop spaces
• Sage Garden Member's qualify for a 10% discount on all classes

Cancellation Policy

• Fully refundable up to 48 hours before class starts
• Cancellations after 48 hours but before class starts are refundable as a store credit
• No refunds or credits for cancellations after class has started

• As a courtesy to instructors and other guests, please do not attend classes if you have symptoms of any winter illnesses (refundable as per terms above)
• In the event that Sage Garden is unable to run this class, registered participants will be refunded in full, to the original payment method used for registration
