We love growing this plant for its history, bold aromatic qualities and intensely silver-white foliage. We have dried and ground the leaves to make beautiful DIY botanical incense!

Many cold-climate gardeners treat White sage as an annual, and simply harvest in September; another strategy is to grow in pots that can be wintered indoors under grow lights.
