Description: Mountain Ash are among the showiest prairie-friendly trees, particularly late in the season. We love the bold orange-red berries that stick around late into fall and attract birds hungry for the fruit. The foliage is also showy in fall, turning orange or red, depending on how quickly fall frosts come on.
