Details: This is one good-looking and very special Calathea! We have found it trickier to grow compared to more common varieties, but worth approaching with patience. The main thing we have found is letting the plants settle in and start to put on fresh growth in their larger pots, at which point they become so beautiful with all their new leaves! Keep these pot bound and only transplant when you can see roots bulging from drainage holes.
Grows best in average to bright diffused light. Water deeply but avoid soggy soil.
