Botanical name: Galanthus nivalis

Description: Who doesn't feel excited spotting the very first flowers of spring...  snowdrops are amazing for their ability to poke up above the last of the snow, inspiring us with their delicate white flowers on dark green stems. 

Snowdrops can naturalize in woodsy areas, particularly under deciduous trees. What a treat!

Plant the bulbs in early to mid-October for gorgeous spring blooms. Add bonemeal at the time of planting to encourage strong root development.
