The fruit do not fall off the tree, meaning no messy clean-up, and the tall, columnar growth habit is very attractive in the landscape. Spring blooms are so showy! The fruit are berry-sized, and can be used in many creative ways in the kitchen. Also an excellent naturescape tree.
