Description:  Several things stand out about this heirloom: It bears large fruit, and Blue Beech is an indeterminate vine (where as many paste tomatoes are determinant). But most impressively, the fruit are noticeably less prone to blossom end rot compared to other famous Italian paste tomatoes, such as San Marzano!
