Description: Native to Australia, this shrubby herb is ideal for containers. The brilliant red flowers bloom summer through fall and attract both bees and hummingbirds! Crushed leaves have a lemony-eucalyptus aroma. 

Bottlebrush plants are popular for bonsai, as they easily develop character and prune-up nicely. Be sure to keep in a sunny location, and water deeply when soil is dry to the touch but then also ensure excellent drainage. Fertilizer monthly, year-round.
