Description: Paprika falls just in between the classification of hot and sweet pepper, with a ton of flavour and just the slightest hint of spiciness. The Alma variety is very well know as a productive and reliable producer of blocky fruit ranging from yellow-orange to light red when mature. This is an ideal Hungarian variety for drying and grinding into paprika powder. Don't be shy to use these fresh as well! Heirloom.
