For a 5-inch pot, sow 1 Tablespoon of seeds

For a 6-inch pot, sow 1.5 - 2 Table spoons of seeds

For an 8-inch pot, sow 3 Tablespoons of seeds

For a full standard nursery or microgreens flat (called a 1020), sow 6 - 8 Tablespoons of seeds
