Description: While often overlooked in favour of the frilly-leaved varieties, Russian kales are said to have superior flavour and sweetness (especially after a frost). A real super-food for the northern gardener, kale is one of the most nutritious greens you can grow! Red Russian is much sweeter than curly varieties. A top selection at Sage Garden.
