Description: Cosmic Purple was introduced in 2005 and quickly took the gardening world by storm. Children and adults are both fascinated by the flavour and colour. Tapered roots average 6- 7" long, with deep purple skin and orange flesh. The roots are crunchy and sweet with just a slight hint of spice.
