Mumm's Speckled Peas Sprouting Seed is recommended for growing tall pea shoots, microgreens, and short sprouts.

• Days to Sprout: 8 to 10
• Soak Time: 4-8 hours
• Yield: 1/2 cup of dry seed yields 4-5 cups pea shoots
• Sprouting Seeds should be viable for one year after purchasing them as long as they are stored in a cool, dry place. To extend their viability, store in the fridge or even the freezer!
