We offer locally grown certified organic wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is easy to sprout or grow to baby-greens stage any time of the year. All that is required is a shallow tray (even one without drainage!) and a natural light source (any bright window will work). Many people sprout the seeds simply on a paper towel in the tray but they do tend to grow longer if a little soil is used. Whether with soil or not you just add water and a few days later you will have sprouts; it only takes about ten days from sowing to first harvest!
