Details: The Kangaroo Paw Fern is native to Australia, and earns its name for the shape of its leaves, which resemble the paw of a kangaroo! The large, bushy fronds make this plant a fantastic statement piece in any room of your house. 

Keep the soil moist, but never soggy and keep this fern out of direct light. They don't mind cooler temperatures, but should still be grown as a houseplant in Manitoba.
