Botanical name: Crocus 'King of the Striped'

Description: Mother Nature got out her paints and brushes to adorn these purple and white, goblet-shaped crocuses! This species will naturalize over time, creating a carpet of colour in the early spring landscape. An heirloom from 1880.

Species crocus are the best for naturalizing, and for leaving in the ground as a long-term perennial.

Plant the bulbs in early to mid-October for gorgeous spring blooms. Add bonemeal at the time of planting to encourage strong root development.
