We currently have a limited number of established Ficus Tineke available in-store. Our spring crop is in propagation  and the plants ordered now will be available for June 2020.

Container Size: Quart (tall round). The photos here are of established plants from summer 2019 in 6" pots. The June 2020 plants will be well developed but a little smaller.

Details: Rubber Trees are one of the all-time classic houseplants and this strongly pink, burgundy and cream variegated selection is a preferred variety among collectors.

Ficus elastica 'Tineke' is one of the best-variegated rubber trees, with bold colours that show up best in bright but diffused light. Rubber Trees get leggy if they are not getting enough light. Keep plants in average room temperature conditions year-round. The big showy leaves deserve a nice shine or shower every so often to keep them looking their best!

Pre-order Info: Once your order is confirmed we will hold this plant for local pickup on or after the specified pickup date. If you are not able to come to us we can hold your plant for shipping once weather permits, which at this point will be spring 2020.

Shipping Info: We ship live plants via Canada Post Expedited parcel to all locations within Canada. Shipping from Winnipeg takes 2 - 4 days to most areas in  BC, AB, SK, MB and ON. Orders going to most locations in QC, NB and NS take 4 days while other parts of Canada and remote destinations can take 5 or more days. Sage Garden cannot guarantee live plants to destinations with a Canada Post declared shipping time of more than 4 days.

Sage Garden normally ships live plants the Monday or Tuesday after orders are received but as noted we are not currently able to ship due to winter conditions. Shipping will resume in May 2020.

Any shipping charges are in addition to the cost of plants and are calculated at check-out.

Sage Garden ships the same full-sized plants we sell at our local nursery, and we do not offer bare root shipping.
