This is one of the most charming tulips we have ever come across! The foliage has stylish variegation with hints of orange-red further accenting the leaves in cooler weather. The flowers are a soft cream and yellow combo. Like many species tulips, Inspiration is short and naturalizes better than hybrids. 

If you are wanting to grow this little beauty in pots, chill potted bulbs at approximately 4 C for 13 - 15 weeks (the fridge is the easiest place to do this for most home gardeners). Remove, and place in a bright location to initiate growth and flowers. 

Plant the bulbs in early to mid-October for gorgeous spring blooms. Add bonemeal at the time of planting to encourage strong root development.
