Effective Indoor Pest Management
Date: Saturday, November 2; 11:00 am - 12:30 PM
Instructor: Dave Hanson
Details: One of the main concerns gardeners have when making the transition to indoors is the potential for pests outbreaks. The good news: there are a wide range of effective organic solutions to both prevent and mitigate pests on indoor plants!
Join Dave for a detailed look at what you can do to overcome the frustration of pests indoors, with a focus on reducing “pest stress” using achievable, people-and-pet-safe strategies (Dave does not promote the use of any conventional pesticides, and follows a strictly organic practice for pest management).
Pests that will be discussed include aphids, fungus gnats, mealybugs, thrips, scale and whitefly.
