Botanical Name: Alpinia zerumbet

Description: The foliage is stunning green and yellow variegated. Roots are said to have similar properties as the Kava Kava!

This plant prefers moist, well-drained soil. The more light this plant gets the more yellow the foliage, but be careful too much time in the direct sun outdoors will burn the leaves.
