Description: One of the best things about heirloom sweet peas is their fragrance... and this one is a treasure! introduced in 1901, this complex bloomer has apricot pink and orange colour tones that have won over gardeners for generations. Exceptional cut flower.

Sowing: Indoors 4 - 6 weeks before last frost date. Sow 2 - 3 seeds per cell or plug. For best results, apply Sea Magic™ kelp from first watering. Apply a seedling-starter fertilizer such as Evolve Seedling once the second set of true leaves has appeared, and then alternate between the kelp and seedling starter until transplant. Germinates best in the dark. Outdoors in early spring as soon as the garden can be dug.
Planting depth: 1/2” deep. Cover with soil.
Special Requirements for Cold Climate Gardeners: Thrives during the cooler late spring season and fall. Plants may become scruffy in the heat of summer.
