Description: Unsurpassed flavour and texture make this one of the best beans for fresh-eating! The white, 6 - 8” flat pods have beautiful purple streaks - add them fresh to salads for eye-catching colour.  The purple streaks fade when the pods are cooked. This versatile variety can also be used as a shelling or dry bean. The seeds are purple. The plants have a bush habit.
