Description: Wonderfully-soft leaves and seed heads that last all summer. Just like petting a bunny! Great container plant for the kids garden (adults also love this irresistible plant!). Easy to grow, very drought-tolerant once established. Dwarf habit.

Flowering Time: June to frost.
Germination: 5 - 8 days at 21°C. Bottom heat will improve germination.
Sowing: Indoors 4 - 6 weeks before last frost. Direct sow after last frost. Seed 8 - 10 seeds per cell.
Planting Depth: Cover lightly.
Planting Out: After last frost in well-drained soil in garden beds or containers.
Plant Spacing: 12”.
Sowing (Outdoors): Once all chance of frost has passed
Seed Spacing: Prepare the garden or container and sprinkle the seeds. Cover lightly with soil.
Growing in Containers: Grows very well in larger containers and raised beds.
Fertilizing (Containers): Add approximately 25% quality compost to your potting mix. Fertilize containers regularly with an organic all-purpose plant food.
Watering (Containers): Water containers deeply when top inch feels dry to the touch. Monitor every day or two during very hot weather.
Growing in Mixed Planters: Looks great in larger mixed planters.
Fertilizing (Garden): Amend garden beds with quality compost, such as Sea Soil. No additional fertilizer required.
Watering (Garden): Water new transplants regularly to establish roots. Once established, water deeply as required.
Garden Companions: California Poppy, Bachelor Buttons and Calendula are good companions.
Suitability for Indoors: Not suited for indoors.
